Delivery and Returns
Contactless Delivery
Our in-house contactless delivery service is available Tuesday-Sunday within the following windows:
Tuesday-Friday: 2:00PM-8PM
Saturday, Sunday: 8AM-6PM
Monday: CLOSED
To receive your dessert on time, please place your order 2 days prior to the date required for bakeshop orders and 10 days prior for custom orders.
Example:
Your event is on Saturday, October 31st. We require you to place your order by Thursday, October 29th at 12:00PM
We cannot guarantee specific delivery time but will always do our best to accommodate your request. Please indicate preferred delivery times in the additional notes section of your order so we are aware of your request. If there is a conflict, we will get in touch with you.
You will receive a text message once your dessert is dropped off to it’s destination. For houses, we will deliver to the front door and step away. For condos we will leave your order with the concierge. For the safety of our staff, for apartment locations, you will receive a call from us to come to the lobby for collection of your order. Manal Bashir Pastry Co. is committed to your health and safety, and has enhanced its already stringent hygiene and food handling practices.

Bake Shop Order Delivery:
$13 and up depending on postal code;

Wedding Cake Delivery and Setup:
Zone 1-Downtown/Midtown/Uptown Toronto, Markham, Richmond Hill Vaughan: $55 and up
Zone 2-Etobicoke, Scarborough, The Beaches: $65 and up
Zone 3-Brampton, Mississauga: $75 and up
Zone 4-Oakville, Milton, Stouffville, Pickering: $90 and up
Areas outside of those mentioned above are $100 and upwards.
Pickup is free during kitchen hours (Monday-Friday: 10:00am-5:00pm)
Refunds and Returns
Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns. At Manal Bashir Pastry Co., we take great pride in our work and ensure that all products leave the kitchen in perfect condition. We are confident that you will be 100% satisfied with the product you receive. If you do receive a damaged product, or are unsatisfied in any way with the product that you have received, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order, and we will address any concerns immediately. We cannot be held responsible for items that are left unattended at your front door, for incorrect or incomplete addresses, delays caused by weather conditions, or any other acts beyond our control.
During pickups, we have clients view the purchased product. If the product is not satisfactory to the client, we can offer an adjustment to the finish within a reasonable time frame. Please view our terms of service section for details.
If the product is irreparably damaged during an in-house delivery, client receives a 100% discount. If product has been damaged after a pickup, it may be brought back to be fixed and may charge for labour. The kitchen will try its best to fix the product but does not guarantee that the damaged can be reversed completely.
