Vanilla-cardamom sponge, rosewater cream, ground pistachio
Note: This cake is soaked in a cardamom soaking liquid resulting in a much softer and delicate cake. Please exercise caution in portioning and serving larger sizes (8” ). Additionally, this cake does not include Ras Malai pieces inside. The cake is made with all the flavour profiles from the Ras Malai dessert and is a cake version of the Ras Malai dish.
Storage: Please keep cake refrigerated and bring to room temperature at least 2 hours before serving. Leftover cake can be put in the fridge to consume within two days or frozen for up to one month
Ingredients: Flour, sugar, butter, eggs, vanilla, milk powder, heavy cream, cornstarch, cardamom, rosewater, pistachios, vegetable oil, fish gelatin, baking powder, baking soda, salt

Note: All bakeshop cakes, regardless of diameter, are made with 4 layers of cake and 3 layers of filling.
Products in images are photographed as the smallest size that is offered (4” round). Selecting a larger size of cake will change dimensions (i.e.: 8” round will be the same height as a 4” round but will be wider in size in order to accommodate extra servings-as a result will not look as tall-please inquire about custom orders HERE if you require specific dimensions for your cake)
