Chiffon sponge, wild berry compote, berry buttercream*
*Filled and garnished with seasonal berries. Actual product may differ from image based on availability
Ingredients: Flour, sugar, butter, eggs, vanilla, berries (mulberry, saskatoon berry, blueberry, strawberry, blackberry, raspberry), lemon, cinnamon, star anise, vegetable oil, baking powder, baking soda, salt
Storage: Please keep cake refrigerated and bring to room temperature at least 2 hours before serving. Leftover cake can be put in the fridge to consume within two days or frozen for up to one month
May include nuts, tree nuts and other allergens. Please indicate allergies in the additional notes section. Customers with severe allergies should exercise judgement before consuming.
Note: All bakeshop cakes, regardless of diameter, are made with 4 layers of cake and 3 layers of filling.
Products in images are photographed as the smallest size that is offered (4” round). Selecting a larger size of cake will change dimensions (i.e.: 8” round will be the same height as a 4” round but will be wider in size in order to accommodate extra servings-as a result will not look as tall-please inquire about custom orders HERE if you require specific dimensions for your cake)
